We want everyone to feel at home in our home! We’re located on the west side of Phoenix, but not too far from anywhere in the Valley of the Sun! We’re just North of the I-10 Freeway, so we’re easy to get to from anywhere!
We throw private Themed Lifestyle Parties once or twice a month, so pull out your costumes and outfits and be ready to have some crazy and sexy fun!
We rotate back and forth between regular Swinger and Kink (BDSM) Parties. We have found that there is a need for both of these party types in the valley and we want to give an opportunity for everyone to explore various things with their lifestyle and wherever it takes them. We are a body positive and lifestyle positive party, you choose what you are into, what your preferences are…we won’t judge you and we expect you to not judge others as well! This makes for a very positive place for all! Gotta love it!
Our most well known parties are celebrating Mardi Gras (complete with beads and masks), our Summer Pool Daytime Parties, Halloween (we call it The VIXXXINS Haunted Mansion), and Rockin’ New Years Eve (done with flair of course). Throughout the year we mix it up a bit with other crazy themes and various Kink Parties along the way.

Our New Home features:
A beautiful 3000 Square foot custom home located on the lake! We’ve got lots of outdoor seating with heaters and a fire pit to keep things cozy, a swimming pool, a hot tub with our very own dock and view of the lake. Indoors features, plenty of play areas, seating everywhere, lots of food served buffet style so come hungry, a bartender to pour your drinks, all with great party music, lighting and an atmosphere and area to dance, drink and socialize. There is also a lit stripper pole for the ladies (or men) to show us their stuff, various play equipment for the kinkier parties is also provided, and lots of space to move around and get to know others. Our “Event Monitors” are there to keep our space safe, and confidential for all.

Rules
Most parties are $20 per person unless it’s a special event that requires more time, entertainment, etc. We will let you know which events those are. You will also be required to sign an agreement when you walk in the door to follow all rules and respect peoples privacy, etc. All our events are limited to attendees over 21. Due to alcohol being on the premises we want to make sure no one is underage. Be aware, if you long young, we will ask you for your ID!
