We are a group of kinksters located in and around Panama City, FL (Panama City Beach, Lynn Haven, Callaway, etc.). If your kink is safe, sane, and consensual, you’re more than welcome to join the group.

We exist to socialize and make friends with like-minded individuals in the kink community. We also work to help people obtain knowledge and useful tips on safety, etiquette, and lingo through classes, demonstrations, and related events. A lot of “newbies” may be overwhelmed by the amount of information out there. From time to time PCFK also schedules vanilla outings with our kinky members for activities like bowling, miniature golf, movies, and more.

PCFK is a hybrid group in that it is both public and private. Munches are always public events and are open to everyone. However, we also offer members-only events and a members-only forum that is not located on FetLife.

PCFK also exists to provide a safe, social, and educational place for the next generation (TNG) of the kink community. Through events tailored specifically for our younger members, we hope to provide a welcoming place for these newcomers where their voices, concerns, and desires can be heard and explored.

We do not schedule, or host public play parties, although we sometimes host private play parties for special occasions. That does not mean that we are opposed to play, but that we’d rather serve as the social and educational branch of the community and help people get to know each other before entrusting others with their safety.

We also do not engage in, promote, or facilitate swinging. While some of our members may be swingers, and swingers who are into other forms of kink are most certainly welcome at our events, swinging is outside of the scope of our group.

Rules:

We do have a few rules. Thankfully, these should be pretty simple to follow, and are listed below in no particular order:

• No cross-posting (posting a message here that’s posted verbatim in other groups)
• No using the group to attack, belittle or otherwise antagonize other groups and people on FetLife.
  ** No posting about casual hook-ups, looking for casual play partners, etc in the main forum. This is not a personals group.**
• Recognize that all members of the group are not necessarily into BDSM, or even any D/s or M/s aspects at all. We’re open to all kinks, even if there’s no involvement of power exchange.
• Members must be in Panama City, FL or its surrounding communities (Panama City Beach, Lynn Haven, Callaway, etc.). We’re a local group, not a regional one. However, vacationers are welcome! We do enjoy visitors from other groups in the panhandle and surrounding areas. All are welcome to attend our public events!
• This is not Craigslist. If you plan to manipulate and scam anyone, you have been forewarned. This is not tolerated!
• Whether or not a rule is broken or sufficiently bent is left to the discretion of the moderators.
• We do communicate with the leaders of other groups in the area and share information on users who are causing problems or harassing members.

VETTING
On many groups, you will see the term vetting being used. The definition of vetting is to make a careful and critical examination of something (or someone). In most cases the includes meeting you in person, getting to know you, and being able to extend some amount of trust to you. Vetting is crucial within the BDSM community to ensure the safety and security of community members. Vetting is more complicated than just meeting you once or being able to verify your identity, and it’s entirely up to group leaders and event hosts to determine who we feel comfortable inviting to events. While you can discuss this privately with us, your status as being vetted is not open to public discussion, and any attempts to discuss it publicly will be deleted.

You do not have to be vetted to attend public munches. These munches are open to all. However, you do have to be vetted to attend most play parties hosted by groups throughout the Panama City area. For other, non-munch PCFK events, the attendance requirements will vary depending on the event. Some events will be open to the public, others are public but require vetting, and others are private and members-only.
