BDSM is a variety of, often erotic, practices involving bondage, discipline, dominance and submission, sadomasochism. The term “BDSM” is first recorded in a Usenet posting from 1991,[1] and is interpreted as a combination of the abbreviations B/D (Bondage and Discipline), D/s (Dominance and submission), and S/M (Sadism and Masochism). BDSM is now used as a catch-all phrase covering a wide range of activities, forms of interpersonal relationships, and distinct subcultures. BDSM communities generally welcome anyone with a non-normative streak who identifies with the community.

Activities and relationships within a BDSM context are often characterized by the participants taking on complementary, but unequal roles; thus, the idea of informed consent of both the partners becomes essential. The terms “submissive” and “dominant” are often used to distinguish these roles: the dominant partner (“dom”) takes psychological control over the submissive (“sub”). The terms “top” and “bottom” are also used: the top is the instigator of an action while the bottom is the receiver of the action. The two sets of terms are subtly different: for example, someone may choose to act as bottom to another person, for example, by being whipped, purely recreational, without any implication of being psychologically dominated by them.

The abbreviations “sub” and “dom” are frequently used instead of “submissive” and “dominant”. Sometimes the female-specific term “domme” is used to describe a dominant woman, instead of the gender-neutral term “dom”; both terms are pronounced the same. Individuals who can change between top/dominant and bottom/submissive roles—whether from relationship to relationship or within a given relationship—are known as switches. The precise definition of roles and self-identification is a common subject of debate within the community.

We have gone to great lengths to filter out unsavory people from attending our swinger parties.  Our parties are set in a very comfortable and social environment where couples can meet and connect with each other.

Due to California State Laws surrounding nudity, SiN is a Private Club and thus all people attending an event must be Member.

About SiN Fetish Club

SiN Fetish Club is a dynamic community center established to host a variety of kink associated events.  We house a 3,400 sq/ft, 3 story building where you can socialize, relax, play and/or explore your kinks, fetishes, and fantasies.  Our goal is to have a social, fun, and welcoming environment for you to meet other like-minded people.

We have 4 private rooms that are themed/geared around the different kinks/fetishes that are popular with our current community needs.  The Master Suite has a very sex-positive theme, equipt with a sex swing, St. Andrews cross, Sybian, full steel bondage bed, and a fucking machine.  The General Playroom has two St. Andrews Crosses, a Bondage Chair, & a Spanking/Sex Bench.  The Medical Room has a full exam table and two massage tables.  The Littles Room has an ever changing variety of toys, coloring books, and delights for our littles.  Our Main Playspace has a two-sided Rope Rig that can sustain two full suspension scenes at the same time and our custom built Bondage Star.  Last but not least, our basement dungeon has 3 separate play stations for your bondage needs.  We also have a recovery room with two separate beds and a full bathroom attached, as well as a lounge attached to our Kitchen for socialization and relaxation.

SFC is open every Friday and Saturday night, starting at 8pm and closing at 2am. (Some events go later)

We at SiN Fetish Club practice and promote PRICK. Personal Responsibility In Consensual Kink. You are all Adults and are expected to act like Adults, and thus are responsible for your own actions.

Sin Fetish Club Rules

Listed below are our essential House Rules and Proper Etiquette.

1. Don’t be a Dick. The basic principle is, ‘be responsible adults’.
2. You must be at least 18 years old to enter the club.
3. Everybody must have a Membership to attend any SiN Fetish Club Event.
4. Consent, Consent, Consent. Only yes means YES.
5. SiN follows this simple and safe guideline:  PRICK (Personal Responsibility in Consensual Kink).
6. Respect the Scene. Do not interrupt a scene in progress, keep your voices down when near a scene. If you feel a scene is unsafe, report it to the Host or Dungeon Monitor.
7. Negotiate all scenes, including pick-up-play. Do not assume anything.
8. Never touch anyone, their equipment, or belongings without permission.
